Valens — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Valens account and the data associated with it. Valens is operated by Matija Veličković (valens.gym.app@gmail.com).

Delete your account from inside the app

1. Open the Valens app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Delete your account by email

If you can no longer access the app, email valens.gym.app@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify and process the request.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account (email and username) and profile (avatar, settings).
• All training data you created — workouts, routines, personal records, weight logs, and achievements.
• Your social data — friends, friend requests, blocks.
• Your push-notification device tokens.
• Your premium-routine ownership records (entitlements).

What is retained, and for how long

Your data is deleted from our live systems immediately. Any routine encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days. Records of purchases made through Google Play are held by Google under Google's own policies and are not controlled by us; deleting your Valens account does not request a refund.
